Stunlock - To maintain the stun CC on a foe indefinitely through use of skills, items etc.OPW/1PW - One Point Wonder (a skill or passive that gives a lot for only 1 point).DoT - Damage Over Time (these are ailments or conditions that cause enemies to lose HP over a period of time, such as bleeding).HP - Health Points (the amount of health your character has).TTK - Time To Kill (how long it takes for an enemy to die).CD - Cooldown (the time it takes for something to be usable again).CC - Crowd Control (like stun, slow etc.).ARPG - Action Roleplaying Game (like T元 :P).To make this guide as beginner friendly as possible, here is a list of all the acronyms used throughout the guide: NOTE: Even though this is a build guide for the Forged class, a lot of the information can be universal, such as the 'Tips & Tricks', 'Pet Skill Overview' and 'Enchants:' sections, so it may be worth a look through even if you're not playing Forged. I'd also just like to mention that this is the first guide I've ever written. So, I've made sure to be on time for this one, haha! I've always wanted to share my builds from the likes of Torchlight II, but, I assumed that by the time I got into the endgame and really started tinkering with theory-crafting, most players had already moved on to other games by then, or were playing with mods anyways. I've played a whole bunch of the 'big' names in the ARPG scene, like Grim Dawn, Path of Exile and Diablo 3. ![]() At the bottom will be extras including notes, closing thoughts and any tips or tricks I have to offer.īefore I begin, here's a little background of me:ĪRPG's are my favourite genre and Torchlight II is pretty much my favourite game of all time, having sunk 400+ hours into it and that's without ever using mods. I will break the guide up into easy to navigate sections for readability, making returning to this guide for a quick reminder on things a simple task. In this guide I will be breaking down: the Skill Tree, the Legendarium, the Relic Tree, Desired Stat Bonuses on equipment, the Play Style for this build and much more! Runs too slow with many presets to be usable on a decent laptop.Hello, this is my (Early Access Version) Forged guide for the 'Stormforged Cyclone Build' May require copying STEAM dir manually to place on install. Starting from 1.0.19 you need to override d2d1.dll in winecfg Up to v5.3.1, can import libraries only in Windows XP mode You need to install native d2d1.dll and override it in winecfg If you will get success with another version, please contact me and I will update this information. Please note about d2d1.dll mentioned in the list: currently I know that only one version of d2d1.dll is working: It contains only plugins, that have been tested by me or by people, who sent me a report. You can workaround this issue by patching wine with this patch. Also some areas might not update correctly when increasing the window size. There is a chance that you get a black window instead of the plugin GUI. ![]() Due to a bug in wine, there is some hacking involved when embedding the editor window. ![]() Starting from this point, the airwave-plugin and airwave-host act together like a proxy, translating commands between the native VST host and the Windows VST plugin. The airwave-host loads the VST DLL and works as a fake VST host. Then it starts the airwave-host process and passes the path to the linked VST file. When the airwave-plugin is loaded by the VST host, it obtains its absolute path and use it as the key to get the linked VST DLL from the configuration. Cmake -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE="Release" -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/opt/airwave -DVSTSDK_PATH=$/airwave/nf)
